10 Cobra Push-Ups (slow lowering back to the ground with a 5 sec count).
50' Bear Crawl
10 KB Orbits* - both directions
* Holding the KB at waist-level, arms fully extended, "orbit" the KB around the body by passing it from hand to hand.
