I've never had the pleasure of meeting or being coached by Coach Burgener, but I have, nevertheless learned a great deal from him over the course of my weightlifting experience. If you are doing CrossFit or any other metabolic conditioning program that involves Olympic Lifting, I strongly urge you to watch as much Coach Burgener as you can get your hands (eyes?) on.
