60 Double Unders
500m Row

RESET:
Walk 400m
Then;
2 Rounds of:
10 Cobra Push-Ups
30s Cobra Pose
10 Hollow Rock
30s Plow Pose

Work on stretching out those heavy joints (hips and shoulders)
