The Paleo Diet and you: It’s really amazing when I start looking at the increase in sugar consumption compared to the increase in bowel diseases, diabetes, and other serious health conditions. We are causing all of these problems ourselves and very few people seem to care.
That’s why I truly enjoy the paleo lifestyle and make sure both me and my family avoid refined or manufactured foods as much as possible. We’ve been doing Paleo for nearly 3 years now (still are not 100%) and both my wife and I have noticed terrific changes in our physiology from clearer skin to having more energy to simply feeling BETTER all the time.
If you have not already done so, I HIGHLY recommend following Dr. Cordain and his Paleo Diet methodology!
