Bench Press
Between each set, perform:
4 Clapping Push-ups
6 Landmine Overhead Press (75/55)
INTENSITY:
21-15-9
Front Squat (115/75)
Box Jump (24/20)
Chest to Bar Pull-ups
RESET:
20 Reps each of:
Cobra Push-Up
Cat Pose
Prone Jacks
