EMOM, 12 Minutes
2 L-Pull Ups
3 Burpees
4 Box Jumps (30/24)
EMOM - Every minute, on the minute. If you do not complete the reps in any given round, continue with the workout with as many reps as you can get per round. Post total number of COMPLETE rounds.
RESET:
10 KB Cross Chops, Left
10 KB Front Squats
10 KB Cross Chops, Right
10 KB Walking Lunge (front squat position)
10 KB Plyo Push-Ups (alternating sides)
