HEAVY:
Bench Press
Between each set, perform the following:
5 Clapping Push-Ups
5 Ball Slams
Then
KB Snatch +
KB Windmill
Use the same rep ranges as the Bench Press
INTENSITY:
Rest Day
RESET:
1 Gasser
