06 MAR 2012 - Clean and Jerk Werk!


WORK:

30 Minutes, Clean and Jerk work.
Go for 50% to 60% 1RM and work on form. Near the end of the practice, start going heavier. Repitition makes the lifts go up!

WOD:
4 Rounds for time of:
400m Run
40 Double Unders

POST:
Row 500m
30 total reps clapping push-ups
30 total reps ring dips
